2.1 Pricing: All service prices displayed on the Website, if any, are indicative and subject to change at any time without prior notice. The final pricing for your project shall be communicated via a written proposal or quotation after an initial consultation.

2.2 No Online Payments: We do not process payments through the Website. Once a project is confirmed and both parties agree to the scope and pricing, payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed-upon offline payment methods.

2.3 Payment Terms: Payment milestones, advance amounts, and final settlement terms shall be defined in the project proposal or agreement. Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or termination of services.

2.4 Refund Policy: Since each project is custom-built, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If work has been initiated, partial refunds may be offered based on the percentage of work completed, at our sole discretion.

2.5 Currency: All pricing is in Indian Rupees (₹/INR) unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

3.1 We may offer free services, consultations, audits, or tools from time to time, including but not limited to:

3.2 All free services, offers, and promotional items can be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

3.3 The stated value of free services (e.g., "worth ₹5,000") is an approximate estimate and does not create any binding financial obligation on our part.

3.4 Availability of free services does not guarantee the same level of deliverables, timelines, or support as paid engagements.

4.1 Website Content: All content on this Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, animations, code, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Site Map Genius and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

4.2 Client Deliverables: Upon full payment for a completed project, intellectual property rights for the deliverables shall transfer to the client as defined in the project agreement. Until full payment is received, all work remains the property of Site Map Genius.

4.3 Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to display completed client projects in our portfolio and showcase sections for promotional purposes, unless explicitly excluded in the project agreement.

6.1 The Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

6.2 We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

6.3 The case studies, growth metrics, and testimonials displayed on the Website represent past results from specific client engagements. Results may vary and are not guaranteed for any future project.

7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Site Map Genius and its proprietor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Website or services.

7.2 Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific service in question.

7.3 We are not liable for any delays, failures, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, or third-party service failures.

8.1 Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice (via email).

8.2 Upon cancellation by the client, any payments made for work already completed are non-refundable. Partially completed work may be delivered at our discretion.

8.3 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a project at any stage if the client violates these Terms, engages in abusive conduct, or fails to meet payment obligations.

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

12.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation between the parties.

12.3 If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
